I am a catalyst. I assist you to reach your goals, fulfill those desires, by helping you to:

3. Then, together you and I do energy work to help remove stuck emotions and to help change dis-empowering beliefs.
These sessions are $65, in person or over the phone. Sessions last one hour.

Enjoy your retreat at the little Shorehaven Academy Teahouse in Bellingham. To begin, you are offered snacks and nourishing drinks, followed by your first session.

During the retreat, you won’t be hungry! The food is nutritious, healthy and plentiful, and your sleep in the Teahouse will be comfy and cozy. Your retreat lasts from a Sunday to the following Saturday. (Or see below for a weekend retreat.)

You will receive hands-on and in-depth insights, ideas and experiences to boost you from where you are to where you want to be. These will include (but are not limited to)

1. implementing new habits that help you reach your goal or help you overcome a health issue,

2. changing detrimental beliefs that might have kept you stuck,

3. understanding and implementing eating habits that work for you and not against you,

4. understanding how to keep environmental toxic radiation out of your body,

5. learning how to love your body—the God-given temple which encases you.

This is a personal, one-on-one retreat, designed around your own specific desires & goals.

Do you have a good arch?



Do you have a good arch?
 The health of your feet affects the health of your whole skeleton.

Is the gap between your arch and the floor big enough that you can slide at least one finger under your foot?  If so, great!


If not, here is Cam’s simple muscle remedy:
While sitting or standing, lift the toes, especially the big toes, and slightly turn the knees out.  Flex your feet and knees for a few seconds and release.  Repeat three times.
If you do this consistently on a daily basis, you should begin to notice that you have a healthier arch.

Have you read "The Healing Code" by Alex Loyd and Ben Johnson?  Five years ago I discovered it, got really excited, used the process for a couple of weeks, and then totally forgot about it.
I have re-discovered the book and have been using the Healing Code for a week now, working on emotional issues.
Detrimental emotions are stuck in every cell of your body.  That seems to be one of the authors' beliefs.  By practicing the Healing Code two or three times a day, I am feeling lighter, more energetic, and I am getting more accomplished.
One of my biggest issues is that I am programmed to accept the aging process and the movement toward death.  Have you been programmed to believe that we age, that we move toward death as we live more years?
I think that belief is rampant throughout humanity.
What to do about it?
Using the Healing Code, I have been de-programming that concept.  You might want to try it.
I use the statement "I, Katie, now de-program the aging process and the movement toward death, from my mind, body and DNA.  And I re-program my mind, body and DNA with eternal health, vitality and a youthful biological age."
I point my fingers to four areas of the head for about 30 seconds each area, and repeat until I have said the statement for at least six minutes.  I pretend my fingertips are lasers, sending the positive statement into my body through that point on my head.
  1. First to my third eye, or between my eyebrows.
  2. Second to my Adam's apple.
  3. Third to the end of my jaws, just below each earlobe.
  4. Last to just outside my temple.
I highly recommend the book to you, as my words above are insufficient for a full understanding of the power of this process.  "The Healing Code" by Alex Loyd and Ben Johnson.
