To my surprise, I’m also more energized and I accomplish more. As a bonus, I’m not so addicted to eating – and I’ve lost 5 pounds! Linda Lee

Testimonial: I just experienced a weekend retreat with Katie that was a total emersion into all things personally healing and balancing and I feel renewed. I'm having a Happy!

What do happy feelings have to do with rejuvenation?

When you’re feeling low, it can be like a little worm holding onto your heart and sucking out all your motivation.
How easy do you think it is for your wonderful little cells to do their work if you are sending them thoughts of unhappiness? How much easier do you think it is for those amazing little cells to work when you have infused them with one of your happy feelings or thoughts?

For every minute you’re angry, you are missing 60 seconds of happiness!

Ways to switch on your happy thoughts:
 A. Think of a favorite person
 B. Think of your favorite place. For me, thinking of Bowman Lake in Glacier Park in Montana opens up my heart.
 C. Think of a favorite activity – dancing, swimming, sitting in the sunshine, singing or chanting.

 My favorite chant:
I Am so happy, happy, happy, Every second, every day.
I Am so happy, happy, happy, Like Ascended Master Fun Wey.
I Am so happy, happy, happy, Every time and everywhere.
I Am so happy, happy, happy, Above all earthly care.

Improve your well-being with a smoothie

Got any kind of milk?  (dairy, coconut, almond, rice, soy, hemp or flax milk)
Got any kind of fruit? (fresh or frozen)
Got any kind of veggie you like? (especially any green leaf vegetable, such as kale, parsley, spinach, chard)  Some other good veggies for smoothies include cucumbers, celery or cabbage.
Got any kind of oil? (such as flax seed oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, or other)
Got any kind of protein powder? (whey, rice or other)  If not, do you have yogurt?
Got any kind of blender or food processor?
If you have the above, you already have the ingredients for a nourishing smoothie!
Here is one recipe for you to try now:
1½ cups milk
1½ cups fruit
1 cup veggies
2 Tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons protein powder or yogurt
Make this your own delicious concoction by adding any or all of the following:
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons or more of almond butter (or other nut butter)
Trouble-shooting:
If it isn’t sweet enough, add drops of stevia liquid (start with 10 drops) or a packet of stevia powder.  (or a teaspoon of xylitol or honey or maple syrup)
If it’s too thick, add more milk – or even some water.
If it isn’t tasty enough, think of the ingredient in your smoothie that you like the very most, and add more of that.
Notes:
My favorite oil is ‘7 Sources’ by Flora, rich in omega 3 essential fatty acids.  I also like any organic flaxseed oil or organic coconut oil.
What is your favorite smoothie?  I would love to check it out.

Ready to Rejuvenate?

Be full of vitality and health throughout your long life.
FIRST:  Believe that it’s possible for you!

Become aware that there ARE healthy humans over 100 years old, and then it’s easier for you to believe you, too, can stay full of vitality your whole life.

In 2011, Dr. Walter Watson, age 101, was still making the hospital rounds each morning, after having delivered over 18,000 babies.  (He died at age 102 after a brief overnight hospital stay.)

In Sept, 2014, my sister, Sharon, and I visited Emma in Missoula, Montana.
Emma lives in a retirement home called The Village.  When we knocked at her apartment, she came to the door and greeted us, wearing her usual: a dress, shoes and nylon stockings.  I wish my legs looked as good as hers!
I said “Emma, I’m giving a workshop on rejuvenation, and I would like to know your secret for staying so young.”
“Well”, she said, “you know I’m 102 years old.”  When I nodded, she continued, “I guess you could say my secret is that I associate with young people.  However, I do eat dinner now, in the dining room with others who live here.  They’re all old, you know.  When I started eating in the dining room, I said ‘there will be no talking about aches and pains.  There are lots of interesting things to talk about besides getting old.’  So dwell on the good, not the bad.
I can’t sit in the parlor here at The Village and play tiddlywinks.
I don’t fixate on pills.  I don’t smoke, drink alcohol or coffee.”
On Dec 10th, 2014, she celebrated her 103rd birthday.
